When my son was young, he turned up his nose at everything green. Of course, being a mother and health stressed so much in my childhood I just made him sit at the table until he ate it all. It’s a good thing he’s changed his mind now, from a motherly perspective. Green vegetables and other green things(we’ll get to in a few minutes) can be one of the best things you do for yourself. Try to get a good mixture of green vegetables each day.

Here in the supermarkets in Seattle I have found a most wonderful green drink that is made with at least 30 different fruits, vegetables, grasses and algae. Wheat grass is particularly good for you, it is highly recommended by my cat Moochie. He loves his wheat grass and powdered wheat grass in a drink is very good for you. Green drinks can be detoxifying and give you plenty of alkalizing amino acids, minerals and antioxidants.
